Pauline Rogers is the owner of The Gem Box, Hall Green and Harborne. The Gem Box is a family established and run jewellers which have been open for more than 30 years.
Pauline's brother Paul is our jeweller, you can see him working away in our open plan workshop in both shops. Repairs are very important to customers and ourselves as jewellery is very precious in terms of value and sentiment, having an open plan workshop gives transparency in all that we do. Very few jewellery shops have in-house jewellers that you can see and talk to.
Over the 30 years, we have been open, we have gained a large following of loyal customers whom we regularly see for special occasions. Family and community are important to us, we want to be your local jeweller whom you can chat to.
We have recently sponsored Wavis Cricket Club and continue to look for ways to support our local community.
